The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking a highly motivated and cause-driven professional to manage branch operations for a thriving and rapidly growing YMCA Association as an Executive Director of our Hutto Family YMCA.
The Executive Director will oversee the general operations of the Hutto Family YMCA, a 28,000 square foot multi-use facility with an annual budget of over $3 million. Our YMCA serves over 2700 units of membership, averaging 16,000 check-ins per month. Additionally, we serve the community through a multitude of programs, including swim lessons, half day summer camps, gymnastics and youth sports.
The more we grow, the more we can give back to the community. To succeed in this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty at a high level.
Requirements:
Duties include, but not limited to: Staff Supervision, budgeting, facilities development, volunteer management and fundraising.

The Executive Director will represent and promote the YMCA as a leader in our community and must be able to maintain positive, collaborative relationships with local organizations, businesses and government entities.
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 Annually - DOE
