The Twin Lakes Family YMCA has a part time opportunity for an EGYM Coach.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated fitness rock star! This person will enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds and will help guide members through the EGYM experience. The successful candidate will be available to work varied hours to connect with all of our members and guests.

The EGYM Coach will focus on the all new EGYM program. They will implement the EGYM member onboarding, communicate and follow up with members.

The EGYM Coach will also meet and greet YMCA members and guests to promote the new EGYM program.

  • Responsible for implement the ultimate EGYM experience
  • Recruit/Sell EGYM packages
  • Complete 10-15 EGYM onboarding per week
  • Responsible for EGYM success
  • Responsible for EGYM follow ups
  • Help coordinate and implement EGYM events
  • Meet and greet members and guests
  • Required to attend EGYM training / training provided by YMCA of Central Texas

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Strong Relationship and Customer Service Skills
  • Sales Experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fitness experience or other related field preferred

Pay Rate: $18.33- $21.99
